Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Transformation & Change Manager to support high-impact initiatives across pet care. This role will partner with leaders to deliver people-centred change, enabling teams to thrive during transformation.
This is a 12-month contract where you will support multiple transformation projects across sales, marketing and supply, helping these teams navigate change with clarity, empathy and strong communication.
You will report to the Transformation Lead and act as the central point for all change activities, working across global and local teams to ensure alignment, engagement and smooth delivery.

* Drive adoption of new systems and processes using Prosci (ADKAR).
* Support leaders and teams with tools, insights and clear communications.
