Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer Support Role

The key responsibilities for this role include:
* Building and maintaining client relationships
* Arranging internal and external meetings, including diary management
* Organising and overseeing travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
* Managing billing, expense management and reporting processes
* Matter management including opening and closing files, archiving, electronic filing, and physical filing
* Other general administrative tasks as required
About You
* Minimum of 5 years in a legal support role
* Sound knowledge of the monthly billing process in a legal environment
* Ability to handle competing priorities
* Typing speed of 70+ wpm
* Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to analyse, problem solve and apply appropriate use of judgement
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, choosing an appropriate style for their audience
* Strong attention to detail
* Well-developed interpersonal skills
