Job Description
As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing financial reports, investigating anomalies, and reporting discrepancies to the Front Office Manager and Finance team.
You will also be responsible for reviewing daily revenues against guest receipts and reports, investigating any discrepancies, and performing hotel reception duties, including guest service and check-in/out.
* Greet guests upon arrival and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
* Balance daily revenue expense transactions, including cashier's checks, credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment
* Assist with night audit duties, reconciling accounts receivable, posting charges, and verifying billing information
In addition, you will assist the manager on duty in emergency situations and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
