About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Assistant – Team Leader to join our Pharmacy Department across Logan and Beaudesert Hospitals. In this key leadership role, you will coordinate pharmacy assistant services, support the delivery of high-quality medicines management, lead and develop a skilled workforce, oversee daily operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and service excellence.
* Lead, mentor and develop the pharmacy assistant workforce across multiple service areas
* Coordinate staff allocation, rostering and workflow priorities to support service delivery
* Provide advanced support in dispensing, distribution, inventory management and pharmaceutical manufacturing activities
* Oversee imprest management activities, including electronic imprest systems
About You
* Demonstrated leadership experience within a hospital pharmacy environment
* Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medicines management and inventory processes
* Experience managing staff performance, training and workforce development
* Proven ability to lead change and implement service improvements
