About the Role
We are currently seeking Speech Pathologists across multiple locations nationally to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-based, person-centred Speech Pathology services supporting clients across home, school, clinic and community environments.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-informed intervention
* Support clients across the lifespan with communication, language, social communication and mealtime goals
* Develop functional, goal-based therapy plans aligned with participant needs and funding pathwaysCollaborate closely with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams
* Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and/or telehealth settings
* Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities

What You'll Bring
* Degree in Speech Pathology
* Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (or eligibility)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
* Strong communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills
