Job Task Analysis - Aquatic & Leisure Customer Service

* Join our expanding team, providing exceptional customer service to the community
* Casual positions available
* Leisure Operational $31.70 per hour (+25% loading)
* Mordi Aquatic Centre & Waves Leisure Centre

About the team

The City of Kingston proudly manages a network of Aquatic and Leisure Centres that support the health, wellbeing and connection of our diverse community. Our facilities provide inclusive, accessible, and high-quality programs and services that inspire people to live active, healthy, and connected lives.

About the role

The Customer Support Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality, day-to-day service to all customers entering and engaging with the facility. This role is the first point of contact for patrons, providing friendly, efficient, and accurate service across reception, membership enquiries, program registrations, retail transactions, and general facility information.

What you'll deliver

* High-quality, responsive and customer focused service
* Contribute positively to team performance and overall centre success
* Support membership growth through effective sales and engagement
* Maintain operational compliance, reliability and adherence to procedures

Your Skills and Experience

* CPR and Level 2 First Aid
* Working with Children Check
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Sales experience is desirable but not essential
