What you'll be doing:
* Owning end-to-end category performance across retail and e-commerce
* Managing supplier relationships, negotiations, pricing, rebates and joint business plans
* Building ranges that balance commercial performance with customer demand
* Driving pricing strategy, margin performance and stock health
* Leading GTM for new products and exclusives
* Partnering closely with stores, e-commerce, marketing and supply chain
* Actively managing aged stock, sell-through and replenishment strategies
This is a hands-on, commercially accountable role where your decisions genuinely matter.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Buyer or Category Manager in a retail or omni-channel environment
* Strong commercial acumen with real ownership of margin, pricing and range decisions
* Confidence working directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Someone who enjoys being close to the detail but can think strategically
