MotorOne Autobody is looking for a full‐time Panel Beater & Assemblers.
We're hiring across multiple Queensland locations: Brendale, Acacia Ridge, Northgate, Caboolture, Cleveland, Warana, Bokarina & Gracemere.
About MotorOne Autobody: Our company operates 20 workshops across the eastern seaboard, specialising in complex vehicle repairs with the latest technology.
Your responsibilities include:
* Assessing vehicle damage and repair requirements
* Removing and refitting panels and components
* Completing repairs to industry‐standard finish quality
* Working to efficiency and safety KPIs
* Collaborating with your workshop team
To qualify, you will need:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience
* Experience in an insurance repair environment (highly regarded)
Ideally you are:
* Consistent and reliable
* Focused on quality over shortcuts
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced workshop
* Interested in ongoing development, including I‐CAR aligned training pathways
