We're currently seeking an Experienced Receptionist to join our Corporate Team at the Brisbane Head Office in a short‐term, temporary capacity.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide superior customer service to ensure a positive experience for employees and visitors within our office.
* Managing all incoming calls and phone messages.
* Co‐ordination of local couriers, incoming and outgoing.
* Assisting with the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
* Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Administration Coordinator, including purchase orders and general invoicing.
What You Will Bring
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
* Flexible and positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
* Professional presentation as the first point of contact for all staff and visitors.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
* Proof of right to work in Australia.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
