Job Title: Transformation Leader
This is a 12-month contract position where you will be supporting multiple change initiatives across Sales, Marketing and Supply, helping these teams navigate transformation with clarity, empathy and strong communication.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless transformation delivery
* Develop and execute change strategies for major transformation projects
* Drive adoption of new systems and processes using structured change management methodologies
* Support leaders and teams with tools, insights and clear communications
* Track progress metrics and continuously improve change outcomes
* Collaborate with global change teams across the UK, US and APAC
* Work closely with sales, marketing and supply teams to deliver business results
