We're looking for a caring and committed College Chaplain to support the spiritual, social and emotional wellbeing of students, including working with families and their teachers. Working from a Christian framework, you'll help build a positive culture and environment for children of various ages and help them engage in their education.
This in a part time position, approximately 4 days a week (negotiable) during school term time (41 weeks + 4 weeks annual leave) for start in Term 3 (20 July 2026).
In this role, you will:
* Provide day‐to‐day pastoral and spiritual support
* Assist during critical incidents and contribute to wellbeing programs
* Facilitate mentoring, voluntary groups and personal development activities
* Build strong relationships across the College community
* Participate in College events, camps and extra‐curricular activities
About you:
* A strong personal Christian faith and the ability to communicate it respectfully
* Experience working with young people and an understanding of pastoral care
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Compassion, emotional intelligence and professionalism
* Experience or certification in Youth Work or Chaplaincy (or similar)
