In this role, you will form part of a dynamic team responsible for the manual handling of drill core and other materials, processing material from receipt to archive according to established protocols, participating in the planning and preparation of field trips and assisting geoscientists with field activities.
The Role
* Undertakes manual handling of drill core and other materials.
* Participates in planning and preparation for field trips and assists geoscientists with field activities.
* Prepares, inspects, maintains and uses vehicles and equipment (mechanical and electronic).
* Promotes and facilitates safe work practices and contributes to hazard management and risk assessments.
* Maintains accurate records on established databases.
* Works collaboratively and contributes to the safe and efficient operation of the Core Library.
Licenses
* Current Western Australian C or C-A class drivers' licence) - Manual
