We are seeking an energetic, skilled and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our close-knit team at our Grow Early Education Dalby centre. This position is to work in our Kindy room!

Your New Role:
- Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging children, families, and educators to create an enriching educational program.
- Manage your classroom effectively, providing flexible routines and creative learning experiences.
- Be a mentor, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect within your team.
- Implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.
- Tailor educational programs to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Transition Statements.
- Ensure compliance with Government regulations and centre policies to maintain our high-quality standards.
- Establish strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- Contribute to documentation and engage in a cycle of reflective practice.
About You:
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
- Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher.
- Hold a current Blue Card.
- Hold an approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications (desirable).
- A solid grasp of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) principles.
