Job Description
We are one of the largest providers to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), supporting over 10,000 participants annually. We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to support participants across the Illawarra region, covering Nowra and North and South Wollongong.
In this role you will
* Manage a varied community‐based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings
* Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults
* Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC
* Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant‐centred goals
* Deliver evidence‐based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence
* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes
* Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goals
Qualifications
* Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA
* Passionate about community‐based support for people with disability
