Darwin Community Legal Service (DCLS) – Advocacy Rights Coordinator – Fulltime – SCHADS Level 6 + salary packaging

Darwin Community Legal Service is looking for an organised, proactive and systems-focused person to join our Seniors and Disability Rights Service as an Advocacy Rights Coordinator. This is not a traditional administration role.
You will be the operational backbone of our advocacy team, helping ensure people with disability and older Territorians receive high-quality advocacy services across the Northern Territory.
About the Role
* Coordinate operational systems and processes across our Seniors and Disability Rights Service
* Support reporting, compliance and quality assurance activities
* Manage and improve Salesforce reporting and dashboards
* Coordinate intake systems and support the Intake Officer
* Assist with community engagement activities, events and outreach programs
* Support continuous improvement projects and service development
* Work closely with national advocacy networks and stakeholders
This role does not provide direct advocacy casework. Instead, it ensures our advocates have the systems, information and support they need to deliver great outcomes for clients.
About You
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Experience in administration, operations, reporting or service delivery
* Experience using databases or client management systems such as Salesforce
* The ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* A commitment to human rights, social justice and community services
Experience in advocacy, disability, aged care, legal or community services will be highly regarded.
