Role
As our Open Mental Health Team Leader, you'll lead a small, dedicated team delivering high‐quality, recovery‐focused advice and casework across Somerset, whilst also managing your own caseload of clients to ensure you maintain your advice skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
* Lead a small, dedicated team delivering high‐quality, recovery‐focused advice and casework across Somerset.
* Manage your own caseload of clients to maintain advice skills and knowledge.
* Ensure the service meets contractual requirements, achieves positive outcomes for the people supported, and reflects our values in everything it does.
* Provide day‐to‐day leadership, oversight of performance and quality, and external partnership working.
Qualifications
* Qualified adviser with experience supporting clients with mental illness.
* Strong organisational, communication and partnership‐working skills.
* Ability to plan, monitor and evidence outcomes and service impact.
