**About the Role**
Day-to-day, you will:
- Develop enterprise-wide and project-based organisation work design outcomes aligned with the organisations transformation agenda.
- Partner with senior leaders and other key stakeholders to understand and implement strategic and operational requirements, to effectively forecast and create workforce planning initiatives.
- Improve attraction, sourcing and hiring of high-quality talent by identifying key needs of the organisation and developing an aligned Talent Acquisition Strategy.
**About You**
You will also bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in a Human Resources or related discipline, as well as experience in organisational design and management consultancy or internal HR framework development.
- Demonstrated ability to design tools and enablement frameworks appropriate for Business Partners to operationalise in the business.
- Significant expertise and knowledge in the area of HR best practise, as well as workforce strategy development, external labour markets, in-house people analytics to identify emerging talent trends.
- Experience partnering up to executive and senior level to fulfil the people strategy.
