Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is looking for an enthusiastic and service‐driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team on a full‐time basis. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the day‐to‐day operations of our restaurant and event spaces, ensuring guests enjoy first‐class service and presentation every time.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
* Promote the resort's food and beverage offerings with strong knowledge of menus and features.
* Collaborate with the kitchen during service to ensure high‐quality food and presentation.
* Lead, mentor, and support Food & Beverage Attendants, including training and development.
Shift Details
* Breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
* Rotating roster across Monday through Sunday.
* Split shifts may be required on some days.

Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience (12+ months) in a similar role.
* Minimum three years of experience within a restaurant or hotel environment.
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, guest‐focused attitude.
* High levels of self‐motivation, initiative, and confidence.
* Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (preferred but not essential).
* Solid knowledge of alcohol and beverage service (preferred but not essential).
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
