**The Role...**
- Managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities to enhance service provision.
- Strategically identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts to drive additional revenue.
- Playing a pivotal role in developing proposals, tailoring solutions that align with client objectives and the organisation's capabilities.
- Providing support to the Sales Director, contributing to the strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives, particularly in the APAC region.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and satisfaction.
**About You...**
- A solid background in account management, with a proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships.
- Experience in identifying and capitalising on up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Capability in handling a mix of account management and new business generation.
- Strong skills in proposal development, demonstrating the ability to create compelling, customised solutions for clients.
- The ability to support senior sales leadership in strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams alike.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in solution selling and client management within the professional services or consulting domain.
- A bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or a related field is desirable.
