Team Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
* Create schedules to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered
* Collaborate with senior leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities
* Manage time and attendance activities for team members, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policies
* Sourcing consumables for stores, such as cleaning supplies, and maintain these within set guidelines
* Contribute hands-on to core operational tasks alongside the team

* You need to be highly organized to ensure your team has all the necessary equipment and supplies to work safely and efficiently
* Comfortable working within regulated frameworks, such as Food Safety and industrial regulations
* A valid full Australian drivers licence is required, as you may collect trolleys using our vehicles
