About Wilson BlanchardWilsons Blanchard Management, An Associa Company, is comprised of Condominium Managers, Condominium Administrators, and Accounting Administrators.
Along with our dedicated support team, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to over 42,000 condo unit owners daily.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service to condominium owners and residentsOrganize and attend Board meetings, record minutes and organize / chair annual general meetings and other owners' meetings as neededConduct site inspections and complete monthly manager reportsDraft annual operating and reserve fund budgetManage projects, emergencies, contracts and contractorsAdminister financial matters including budgeting, analyzing expenses, reviewing and coding invoicesQualificationsMeet all annual industry licensing requirements with the CMRAOValid driver's license and access to a vehicleAbility to communicate effectively with external and internal customersExcellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills; ability to follow through and complete overlapping projectsCritical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning; ability to identify problems and create resolutionTechnology proficiency, including Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of various legislation, including the Condominium Act of OntarioExperience using Yardi and / or similar financial softwarePayCA$50,CA$65,per year Benefits Extended health care We thank all applicants in advance; however, only those candidates chosen for an interview will be contacted.BenefitsWe maintain a positive and professional work environment, where every team member feels valued and a part of the WB family.
