Your new role
As a Shutdown Mechanical Coordinator / Execution Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of shutdown activities. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and supervising shutdown execution activities
* Leading crews to ensure safe and efficient work practices
* Interpreting and implementing shutdown schedules
* Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams
* Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as required
* Ensuring compliance with site safety standards and procedures
* Supporting shutdown planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
* Current S1, S2, S3 and G2 qualifications
* Mechanical trade background (or higher preferred)
* Demonstrated shutdown planning experience
* Proven experience in shutdown coordination or supervision
* SAP experience (SAP1 highly regarded)
* Strong computer and systems proficiency
* Ability to read and interpret shutdown schedules
* Experience within Coal Handling or Coal Preparation Plants
* Strong leadership and communication skills
