Responsibilities
Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Implement evidence-based interventions to support rehabilitation and overall wellbeing.

Deliver high-quality, culturally responsive care for every individual.
Qualifications
Current Australian Registered Nurse practising certificate (AHPRA).
Minimum two years of clinical experience, preferably in mental health, primary care or acute/emergency settings.
Strong assessment and case-management skills supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.
Ability to work effectively in a highly secure environment with resilience, empathy and professionalism.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to best practice and continuous improvement in mental health nursing.
