Merchant Transition Manager
Job Description:
* We are seeking a skilled Merchant Transition Manager to join our team.
This role involves providing dedicated project management support for transitioning strategic merchants from current to future state merchant modernisation platform. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex structures, products, and services to the new future state platform. This includes supporting high to very high complexity implementations for large businesses while gaining deep knowledge of transaction banking solutions and fostering strong customer relationships.
We're looking for someone who can deliver high-quality, timely customer service via phone, email, and video conferencing. Strong organisational and time management skills are also essential, along with the ability to multitask and master new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide dedicated project management support for transitioning strategic merchants from current to future state merchant modernisation platform.
* Conduct discovery workshops to define and document customer bespoke requirements and communicate specifications to product teams.
* Act as a single point of contact for strategic merchant customers, supporting transition activities.
* Deliver high-quality, timely customer service via phone, email, and video conferencing.
