One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Help Desk Support Officer in Canberra.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
* Undertaking research and analysis to provide advice, information and correspondence in support of Passport systems.
* Monitors service delivery across multiple channels and analyses performance data.
* Identifies trends in customer inquiries and service issues, recommending process improvements.
* Contributing to a high standard of customer service for internal and external clients and quality management and risk.
* Ability to adapt communication style based on situation and audience.
