We are looking for someone who can take ownership of TDF's events and ensure they are planned and executed smoothly. This role is about managing everything from planning to execution without missing anything.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning
* Plan and organize exhibitions, store events, launches, and customer events.
* Create clear timelines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
* Identify and work with vendors like decorators, printers, venues, and caterers.
* Follow up regularly to ensure work is delivered as planned.
3. Event Setup & Logistics
* Manage all event requirements like invites, guest lists, branding materials, displays, Infrastructure, and coordination of items.
* Ensure everything is ready before the event starts.
* Be present during events to manage setup, handle issues, and coordinate with teams.
* Ensure the event runs smoothly without last‐minute chaos.
5. Internal Coordination
* Work with marketing, stores, and management for approvals, materials, and event requirements.
* Keep everyone aligned and updated.
6. Budget Tracking
* Track event expenses and stay within budget.
* Maintain basic records and support post‐event reporting.
Experience
1–3 years in events, exhibitions, hospitality, or coordination roles
Skills
* Good coordination and follow‐up
* Clear communication
* Basic Excel and tracking
* Ability to handle multiple tasks
