Role DescriptionThis is a 3-month contract role for a Recruiter based on-site in Gold Coast, QLD. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and hiring qualified candidates for various support worker positions within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with operation managers and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The Recruiter will also develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain applicant databases. QualificationsExperience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and candidate screeningStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneouslyFamiliarity with employment laws and regulationsExcellent organisational and time-management skillsProficiency in using HRMS preferably Employment HeroBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the healthcare or disability sector is a plus
