What You Will Be Doing
The Workers' Compensation Case Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self‑insured framework. This role involves coordinating medical care, facilitating return‑to‑work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Case Manager will collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
Experience
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self‑insured environment.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.
* Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy.
* Problem‑solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
