Admin Support and Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly professional to provide excellent service as the first point of contact for our station.

This role will involve supporting the sales team and general manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office and sales processes.

* Provide administrative support for the general manager
* Prepare sales proposals, agreements, reports, and presentations
* Assist with promotions and outside broadcasts
* Support local finance processes (AP/AR)


About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge.

* Proficient in MS Office; experience with Canva and PowerPoint
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Media industry experience is an advantage
