About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst – Guidewire ClaimCenter to join a fast-paced Claims delivery team.
This role will play a key part in ensuring quality outcomes across a Claims-focused project, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality testing across the full software delivery lifecycle. You'll be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on testing activities while helping drive the organisation's broader automation journey.
What You'll Do
* Join an established Claims delivery team as the dedicated Test Analyst on a Claims-related project
* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts across multiple test phases
* Create and maintain requirement traceability matrices
* Perform hands-on manual testing across functional, integration, system, and UAT phases
* Execute complex test scenarios and manage defects through to resolution
* Produce daily test execution reports and test summary reports
* Validate integrations and ensure end-to-end business processes operate as expected
* Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver quality outcomes
* Contribute to the organisation's test automation journey by identifying automation opportunities and creating automation artefacts within the existing framework
* Operate within Agile delivery teams while supporting the wider Test Practice
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience as a Test Analyst across the full testing lifecycle
* Proven experience within General Insurance and/or Financial Services environments
* Hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience (certification highly regarded)
* Experience across both manual and automation testing
* Strong skills in functional, integration, and UAT testing
* Experience creating test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test reports
* Strong defect management and stakeholder communication skills
* Experience working within Agile delivery teams
