The purpose of this role is to support pre-analytical processing of clinical specimens within the Molecular Diagnostic Unit and Serology laboratory, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, handling and registration of samples to support diagnostic testing.What you'll doIn this role you will receive and register specimens, prepare samples for extraction, aliquoting and testing, label and dispatch specimens to referral laboratories, maintain laboratory equipment and work areas, manage stock and consumables, and support quality and safety standards within a multidisciplinary laboratory team.About youWe are searching for someone who:Has experience or the ability to perform laboratory support dutiesHas strong attention to detail and data entry skillsCan follow procedures and work accurately with minimal supervisionHas good communication and teamwork skillsCan work in a fast-paced laboratory environmentHas experience in molecular, microbiology or serology labs (desirable)Why work with us?Work alongside passionate professionals in a supportive and inclusive environment that values people and prioritises employee success and wellbeing.
