Responsibilities
* Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude
* Prepare and serve a variety of fresh pastries and cakes, including coffee, tea, and cold beverages
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
* Previous experience as a barista (preferred but not essential)
* Reliable and on time
* Strong cash handling skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Flexibility to work varied shifts during the day, including weekends
* Experience in making wraps and sandwiches
* Food safety certificate
* Customer service: 1 year (Required)
