About the Role
As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will:
* Support the Centre Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service
* Lead, mentor, and inspire educators to achieve high-quality outcomes
* Build positive relationships with families and the local community
* Drive occupancy through engagement, communication, and local marketingSupport the team to Meet or Exceed the National Quality Standards
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
About You
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Previous leadership experience as an Assistant Centre Manager or in a senior role
* A current Working with Children Check
* Strong knowledge of compliance, operations, and performance targets
* A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing teams
