Job Summary
This role involves providing continuity of care to women throughout their pregnancy, birth and postnatal period within a Midwifery Group Practice program.
As an allocated midwife, you will manage your own caseload and provide 24 hour support to each woman, promoting a continuity of care and trust through their pregnancy and birth experience.
You will work independently to achieve quality care outcomes for patients, utilizing your advanced nursing skills to facilitate optimal birthing goals and 'towards normal birth' strategies.
* Deliver comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal midwifery care, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating interventions as needed.
* Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring seamless coordination of care and effective communication among healthcare providers.
