Customer Service Specialist Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our community.
You will be the first point of contact for our members and customers, providing meaningful conversations that support them when they need us most. This is a blended role where you will also assist with inbound calls related to home and motor insurance.
* Permanent part-time role - 25 hours per week, commencing on a Wednesday
* 6-week fixed shift roster - Monday to Friday including a balanced rotation of Saturday shifts. No Public Holiday work
About Your Role
* Delivering exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
* Educating customers on our range of products, including insurance options and emergency assistance
* Supporting customers with tailored solutions and peace of mind
* Participating in a rotating roster, including Saturdays
* Becoming multi-skilled through ongoing training and development
Your Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in face-to-face customer service within a retail or corporate environment
* Strong phone-based customer service skills
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Confident navigating multiple systems
* Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to delivering a positive member experience
* A collaborative team player
Training & Development
We offer a comprehensive 7-week full-time paid training program, which may include 2-3 days at our offices.
After training, you'll transition to your dedicated part-time rostered hours.
