About the Role
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking café-style breakfast and lunch items in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including eggs, big breakfasts, sandwiches, salads, and more
* Operate electronic kitchen equipment efficiently
* Manage food preparation and handle busy service periods
* Maintain cleanliness and assist with kitchen organisation and food restocking
* Provide support to team members and assist customers when required
Requirements
* 2–3 years of relevant work experience (minimum 1 year considered)
* Available to work at least 3 days per week
* Flexible availability
* Strong teamwork and professional attitude
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Flexible hours available
* 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
Certifications
* Food Safety Certificate (e.g. RSF, SITXFSA101, SITXFSA001)
