* Proven success in a senior leadership role, preferably in a wholesale industry context.
* A client-focused, results-oriented style with confident leadership skills.
* Strong commercial acumen and decisive decision-making.
* Familiarity with the local market (Mornington Peninsula) is highly valued.
* Current Australian work rights and a valid driver's license are essential.
