Key Responsibilities

* Answer and direct calls, greet visitors, and maintain the reception area with a welcoming atmosphere.
* Process accounts receivable/payable, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Manage payroll, timesheets, leave records, and superannuation for up to 15 employees, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare financial reports, presenting key information in a clear and concise manner.
* Assist with office procurement and supply management, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.


About You

* Demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service abilities, providing excellent support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Exhibit strong organisational skills, with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Showcase experience in financial administration and payroll processes, with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
* Display capacity to manage confidential information, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
* Highlight competence in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
