Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Specialist to perform facilities maintenance repairs, including electrical, HVAC, painting, plumbing, ceiling tile replacement, lighting, carpentry, building equipment, etc.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide prompt and efficient response to building repairs and maintenance issues.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing air filters, inspecting fire extinguishers, and testing emergency lights.
* Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and equipment to identify potential problems and take preventive measures.
* Carry out daily operations to ensure commercial buildings and condominiums are safe and in good working order.
* Coordinate with vendors to complete specific tasks and manage projects from start to finish.
* Develop and implement schedules to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
* Oversee and manage maintenance projects at commercial and condominium properties.
Qualifications:
* At least one year of experience in home maintenance or a related field.
* Familiarity with common tools and equipment used in maintenance.
* Availability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* A valid driver's license.
