**About the role**
Join the team at our B&D; Doors Warehouse in Kilsyth as our next Warehouse Manager, and take on a leadership role supporting site culture, safety, quality and continuous improvement.
In this crucial role you'll be an active member of the strong, supportive onsite leadership team working collaboratively to drive the site towards its ambitious growth plan. You'll be reviewing our current warehouse procedures then leading the roll-out of continuous improvement projects to bring greater focus and structure to our operations.
As a calm and confident leader managing 16 staff, you'll be ensuring warehouse team members understand their accountabilities and will be driving a culture of safety and quality across the board, while coaching and developing your team to create an efficient and effective environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the business in meeting its customer's needs, safety, quality, culture and industrial relations.
- Analyse and resolve areas of bottle necks
- Responsible for the stock control / stock takes/ stock movement processes across the warehouse
- Work with customer service to ensure orders are processed in time. Troubleshoot and provide solutions for abnormal orders.
- Coach and develop the team to create an efficient and effective environment.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a modern warehousing or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience in using ERP systems. Experience in SAP is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to seek improvements and drive process enhancements
