Program Manager – Digital & Strategic Programs, Building Commission NSW
Grade:Clerk Grade *****
Salary range:$149,739 - $173,174 + superannuation and leave loading
Duration:Ongoing, Full-time
Location:Parramatta or Sydney.
Office attendance required 2–3 days per week.
About Building Commission NSW
Established in December ****, Building Commission NSW (BCNSW) is the building regulator for the construction industry in New South Wales.
The new commission will not only be the industry regulator, but also a collaborator with consumers and industry to ensure standards, capabilities, capacity and resilience continue to be lifted across the sector to deliver quality homes and meet the state's housing targets.

The Digital & Strategic Program team plays a key role in driving the transformation and delivery of the once-in-a-generation reforms, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions which support compliance activity associated with building legislation.

As the Program Manager in the Digital & Strategic Programs team, you will be contributing to building capability in the team and wider organisation, through your extensive years of experience in delivering complex digital transformational programmes in a regulatory environment whether in the private or public sector.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects, identifying interdependencies and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required outcomes.
Manage the implementation and delivery of ICT change programmes and projects within the business applying sound programme/project management principles and best practice methodologies.
Develop and manage stakeholder relationships through the provision of expert advice, effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the programme and deliverables are met.
Provide expert advice and support programme/project capability within the wider Digital & Strategic Programs team.
Lead and manage project teams (internal/external) to deliver milestones and outcomes, and to develop direct reports.
Support building programme/project management capability within the team by implementing proven practices.
To Be Successful
Proven programme and change management skills in a regulatory environment.
Ideally, Managing Successful Programme (MSP) qualified or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and customers.
Experience in implementing complex integrated digital solutions and managing third-party ICT vendors and large project teams including developers, solution architects and business analysts.
Experience as a Salesforce Product Manager responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a product, from conception to deployment, ensuring it meets user needs and aligns with business goals.
Team player with a can-do attitude and a solution-orientated mindset.
