About the Role
We are currently seeking a locally based Site Engineer to join our team in Katherine on the NAVFAC Maintenance Facility project.
The Project Details
The project includes the construction of a maintenance facility at the Tindal airbase. We have a Managing Contractor agreement with the build being sub-contracted to a local business.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain documentation and systems for quality, safety, and environmental standards.
* Review, verify and submit information to our client.
* Participate in client/contractor meetings as required.
* Provide financial assistance with cost tracking and invoicing of subcontractors on different packages of work.
* Report to project leadership team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering.
* 2-3 years experience working in civil construction.
* A working knowledge of relevant legislation/standards.
