The Opportunity
Student Services plays a central role in supporting student success across the entire student lifecycle, from admission through to graduation. The Project Officer, Student Success Resources contributes to this mission by coordinating the development of innovative learning resources and digital artefacts that strengthen student capability, engagement and progression across the University.
In this role, you will collaborate with academic and professional staff to design engaging, accessible and evidence-based resources that support student success, while driving continuous improvement through data-informed evaluation, reporting and professional development initiatives.
You will
* coordinate the development and delivery of high-quality student success resources and learning artefacts across multiple platforms and delivery modes;
* collaborate with academic and professional staff to embed student success strategies and develop engaging learning experiences; and
* monitor resource effectiveness through data analysis, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
About you
You are an innovative and collaborative learning design or student success professional with experience developing engaging educational resources in a higher education environment. You bring strong expertise in digital learning design, student engagement and contemporary pedagogical practices, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible and impactful learning experiences. You are analytical, organised and relationship-focused, with a commitment to equity, inclusion and evidence-based approaches that enhance student success outcomes.
You will possess
* A relevant tertiary qualification and subsequent relevant experience in student success, learning design, academic skills development or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
* Demonstrated experience designing and implementing high-quality digital learning resources and student learning experiences in higher education;
* Strong knowledge of contemporary learning design principles, educational technologies and online engagement strategies;
* Experience developing accessible, responsive and engaging learning content across multiple formats and platforms;
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams; and
* Experience analysing data, evaluating initiatives and preparing reports to support continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making.
