Key Responsibilities
9. Develop design concepts, feasibility studies, and detailed architectural solutions.
10. Produce drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
11. Coordinate with clients, consultants, planners, and contractors.
12. Manage workloads, resources, and project programmes.
13. Ensure compliance with building regulations, sustainability standards, and best practice.
14. Support junior team members and contribute to quality assurance processes.
Skills & Experience
15. ARB registration.
16. Proficiency in BIM methodologies and design software (e.g., Revit).
17. Strong design and presentation skills.
18. Experience across multiple project stages.
19. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
