Position: Airbnb Cleaner

Hours: Approximately 8 hours per week, increasing to around 15 hours per week as bookings grow. Minimum of 6 hours of work each week. Cleaning shifts typically fall between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Days cannot be guaranteed due to booking turnover patterns.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our Airbnb team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for guests. You will be responsible for maintaining a beautifully renovated property and ensuring high standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete full property changeovers between guests (cleaning, resetting, staging and presentation).
* Clean bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living spaces and outdoor areas to a high standard.
* Strip and replace all bedding and towels.
* Launder linens where required (on-site).
* Restock essential supplies and report low inventory.
* Inspect the property and report any damages, issues, or maintenance concerns.
* Ensure all amenities are guest-ready and presented neatly.
* Work independently and manage time effectively within the check-in timeframe.
Requirements
* Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or Airbnb/short-stay cleaning experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
* Ability to work within the 10am–2pm window.
* Reliable transport to and from the property.
* Ability to communicate quickly regarding last-minute changes or urgent cleans.
* Must be trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently.
