About the Role:
Join a hospital supported by a large Internal Medicine team, including specialists, registrars, residents, and interns. Provide clinical leadership, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Work in a facility offering advanced diagnostics and treatments, including CT, digital radiography, ultrasound, in‐house pathology, ICU/HDU, and dedicated wards for cats and dogs. Collaborate with a wide range of veterinary specialties, including Surgery, Ophthalmology, Neurology (coming May 2026), Critical Care, and Anaesthesia.

Ideal Candidate:
* Board‐Certified in Internal Medicine (Fellow ANZCVS, Diplomate ACVIM or ECVIM).
* Leadership or management experience highly desirable.
* Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and mentoring junior team members.
* Accredited residency‐trained candidates eligible for certification examination are also encouraged to apply.
