Job Description Key Responsibilities
* A. Leadership & Team Management
o Supervise and support rostering coordinators.
o Lead meetings, provide training, and manage performance.
* B. Operational Oversight
o Oversee roster creation and service coverage.
o Ensure accurate and timely updates.
* C. Compliance & Quality Assurance
o Ensure SCHADS, NDIS, and internal policy compliance.
o Review staff qualifications before allocation.
* D. Stakeholder Coordination
o Liaise with CRCs, HR, Payroll, Intake, and Operations.
* E. Systems & Improvement
o Oversee system accuracy and drive workflow improvements.
Requirements
* Experience in rostering and leadership.
* Strong knowledge of SCHADS and NDIS.
* High-level communication and problem-solving skills.
