This role involves supporting peers to achieve a satisfactory lifestyle through group activities and other responsibilities, including:
* Building trusting relationships with clients through shared lived experience and mutual respect.
* Providing emotional support encouragement and practical assistance to individuals.
* Facilitating peer-led groups workshops or activities that promote wellbeing and recovery.
* Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning and team meetings.
* Upgrading confidentiality boundaries and ethical standards at all times.
