**Job Overview**
As a senior professional in asset management, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and driving performance across road and pavement networks. You will collaborate with clients to develop and implement Asset Management Plans (AMPs) and Tactical Asset Management Plans (TAMPs).
**Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement AMPs and TAMPs, including 5-year programs aligned with client contracts.
* Work closely with operational teams to define and develop inspection, maintenance, and rehabilitation programmes using a best-for-network approach.
* Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering high performance aligned with company values.
* Drive business development and work-winning opportunities in asset management services.
**Qualifications and Skills**
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification.
* Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
* Experience with asset management in road networks, particularly state and federally owned assets.
* Proficiency with TMR asset management systems, including DTims and budgetary processes.
* Strong knowledge of TMR specifications, guidelines, and standard drawings.
* Proven leadership experience with 5+ years in team management roles.
