We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales data, preparing financial reports, and handling tenant arrears. You will also process leases, renewals, billing updates, and calculate charges. Additionally, you will address tenant inquiries, manage vendor communications, and build positive relationships.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience working in a fast-paced environment, accounts payable/receivable experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and high organisational skills.
